Blur Studio

Blur Studio is an Oscar nominated visual effects, animation and design studio based in Venice, California. Founded in 1995, the company provides visual effects for a wide range of media – short films, large format films, commercials, concept art, feature effects, music videos, game cinematics and broadcast design.

Most notable clients include ABC, Disney, Universal Pictures, NBC, CBS, Microsoft, Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Sega, Sonic Team, Activision, Nickelodeon, NFL on FOX, and THQ, among others.

In recent news, as of 2008, Wired Magazine has announced that Blur Studios is slated to produce a CG movie adaptation of Dark Horse Comics' The Goon, as well as segments of a new Heavy metal adaptation.
