White Paper on Defence

The White Paper on Defence is a white paper of the Canadian government which was tabled on March 26, 1964. The white paper was responsible under Paul Theodore Hellyer and Louis-Joseph-Lucien Cardin. It led to the unification of the Canadian military on February 1, 1968.
