March 4 ,1917 -March 3 ,1919 ).He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1918 to the Sixty-sixth Congress.He resumed the practice of law inEvansville, Indiana .He was an unsuccessful candidate in 1924 for judge of the Indiana Supreme Court. Candidate for the Democratic nomination forUnited States Senator in 1926, but died before the primary election.He died inEvansville, Indiana ,January 4 ,1926 .He was interred in Oak Hill Cemetery.References
