Molasses Sugar

Molasses sugar is a kind of brown granular sugar. It can be used interchangeably with brown sugar, but molasses sugar has a distinctive molasses taste to it - it appears to another name for Muscovado. Molasses sugar is often used in chutneys, pickles, and marinades, as well as in Christmas cakes.
