The English Historical Review is an academic journal published by Oxford University Press.
The English Historical Review (EHR) covers British, European and world history since the classical era. The EHR includes articles, 'Notes and Documents', debates on medieval and modern themes, a range of reviews and shorter notices of recently published books. A summary of international periodical literature published in the previous 12 months is included in each issue.
