October 15 ,1927 ) is a formerMajor League Baseball pitcher who played from 1952-1969. Born inAlice, Texas , he would play for theBoston Red Sox ,Chicago Cubs ,Cincinnati Reds ,San Francisco Giants ,Pittsburgh Pirates , andHouston Astros . As a relief pitcher, he amassed 90 saves. He appeared in the 1960All-Star Game , and pitched in the 1961World Series while on theCincinnati Reds . Henry was released from theHouston Astros onJune 28 ,1969 .Henry was a victim of
identity theft and his death was erroneously reported in August 2007 in a news story that was widely circulated.
