Bilal Sidibé (born December 31, 1978) is a Mauritanian football defender for amateur team GSI Pontivy.

Despite being an amateur, Sidibé is a member of the Mauritania national team. He scored an own goal for Egypt during the 2008 African Cup of Nations (qualification).

As of 2007, he plays for GSI Pontivy in the French Championnat de France Amateurs 2.
