Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP is an American law firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm is number 97 on the list of the world's largest law firms by 2006 revenue. The firm was formed by the 2005 merger of Edwards & Angell LLP and Palmer & Dodge LLP. The post-merger firm, which will carry the name Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP in both London and in the United States after an 18-month transition period, now employs over 600 attorneys in 12 offices.

In March 2008, EAPD announced a cooperation agreement with Bermuda-based insurance specialty practice Marshall Diel & Myers. Affirming its recent international expansion, EAPD launched an office in Hong Kong in October 2008 through an association with Lister Swartz Solicitors.
