Brian Morgenstern (born 1983) is a New Jersey native and
Circuit City employee who received national recognition for reporting a Jihadist training video that was later linked to a plot to attack theFort Dix Army base in New Jersey. By reporting the videotape to authorities, Morgenstern was credited with foiling the planned attack.2007 Fort Dix attack plot
Morgenstern worked at a Circuit City in
Burlington County , New Jersey in January 2006 when a man dropped off a 8mm video tape to be converted to a DVD. The video tape featured ten men in their early 20's shooting assault weapons and calling forJihad .Morgenstern called the tape "disturbing" and alerted the authorities the next day.
