Jake Toranzo-Szymanski (born December 3, 1994) is an American child actor. He is currently starring as Max Russo on the Disney Channel Original Series, "Wizards of Waverly Place".

Jake also performs the voice for Diego, the lead character in the "Dora the Explorer" spinoff, "Go, Diego, Go!". He has also provided voices for the animated movies "The Ant Bully" and "Everyone's Hero", and appeared in the Disney Channel Original Movie, "". Jake has just finished filming "The Perfect Game", a sports drama about a little league team from Mexico, which becomes the first non-US team to win the little league world series. During filming, he became close friends with his costars, Jansen Panettiere and Moises Arias. He is of Puerto Rican, Argentine, and Polish descent. Jake is also filming the new film Hotel For Dogs with Emma Roberts. One of Jake's hobbies is found to be skateboarding.
