State Route 100 is an unsigned route in Covington County. The western terminus of the route is at its junction with U.S. Highway 29 southwest of downtown Andalusia. The eastern terminus of the route is at its junction with U.S. Highway 84 east of downtown Andalusia.

Route description

State Route 100 was designated in 1984 along the route of a southern bypass of Andalusia. The route connects US-29 south of the city with US-84 east of the city. The route assumes a general eastward orientation between US-29 and State Route 55, then turns slightly northeastwards as it approaches US-84.
