Dr. Adolfo Obiang Biko (born in Equatorial Guinea) is an author, politician and president of MONALIGE. He is known as an active participant and a leading freedom fighter in the struggle for independence of the country from Spain. Living part-time in the state of Virginia Biko has sought the State Department in the past for resolve of the political unrest and corrupt government in his native country. Despite contributing the independence of Equatorial Guinea, Biko clashed with the new government and has been living abroad for three decades.
