Null Bazaar (Marathi: नळ बाजार) is an area in South Mumbai famous for exporter headquarters and jewellery.
Etymology
Nullah, a corruption of the Hindi word nala, a ravine, a gutter, or a drain. Opened in 1867 and so called from the fact that the main drain of the city flowed past this point in earlier times on its way to the sluices at Varli." (Bombay City Gazetteer, I, 41.)
