Distribution

In South Asia the Yellow Dryad ranges from Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam, Manipur onto North Myanmar.Evans, W.H. (1932) The Identification of Indian Butterflies, pg 131.] It also occurs in North and South Vietnam and western China.

A related species, White Dryad "Aemona lena" Atkinson, is found in South-East Asea.
