Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi is the new Toyota manufacturing facility in Blue Springs, Mississippi. It will be the eighth North American vehicle assembly plant for Toyota (Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc., which is not wholly owned by Toyota, is not included in this total). This plant was originally going to produce the Toyota Highlander beginning in 2010, but that car will instead switch to the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi will instead produce the Toyota Prius when it opens in 2010.
