SroB RNA

The sroB RNA is a non-coding RNA gene of 90 nucleotides in length. sroB is found in several Enterobacterial species but its function is unknown.cite journal | author = Vogel J, Bartels V, Tang TH, "et al" | title = RNomics in Escherichia coli detects new sRNA species and indicates parallel transcriptional output in bacteria | journal = Nucleic Acids Res. | volume = 31 | issue = 22 | pages = 6435–43 | year = 2003 | pmid = 14602901 | doi = | issn = ] SroB is found in the intergenic region on the opposite strand to the ybaK and ybaP genes. SroB is expressed in stationary phase.
