- Ernest Lepore
Ernest Lepore (born 1950,
New Jersey ) is an Americanphilosopher and cognitive scientist. He is currently associate director of the Rutgers Center for Cognitive Science, and a professor atRutgers University . He is well known for his work on the philosophy of language and mind, often in collaboration withJerry Fodor ,Herman Capplen andKirk Ludwig , as well as his work on philosophical logic and the philosophy ofDonald Davidson . Lepore earned his Ph.D. from theUniversity of Minnesota .elected publications
