Small nucleolar RNA snoR98

In molecular biology, Small nucleolar RNA snoR98 (also known as snoR98) is a non-coding RNA (ncRNA) which modifies other small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs). It is a member of the H/ACA class of small nucleolar RNA that guide the sites of modification of uridines to pseudouridines.cite journal | last = Kiss | first = AM | coauthors = Jady BE, Bertrand E, Kiss T | year = 2004 | title = Human box H/ACA pseudouridylation guide RNA machinery | journal = Mol Cell Biol | volume = 24 | pages = 5797–5807 | pmid = 15199136 | doi = 10.1128/MCB.24.13.5797-5807.2004] . Plant snoR98 was identified in a screen of "Arabidopsis thaliana"cite journal | author = Marker C, Zemann A, Terhorst T, "et al" | title = Experimental RNomics: identification of 140 candidates for small non-messenger RNAs in the plant Arabidopsis thaliana | journal = Curr.
