Bishop Oscar Lino Lopes Fernandes Braga (born 30 September 1931 in Malanje) is the Roman Catholic bishop of Benguela, Angola. A priest since July 1964, Braga has been the Bishop of the Diocese of Benguela since 2 February 1975.
