Cork City South East is a former parliamentary
constituency inIreland , which was represented inDáil Éireann , the lower house of the Irish parliament orOireachtas . It existed from 1969–1977. It elected three Teachtaí Dála (TDs) to the Dáil, using theSingle Transferable Vote method ofproportional representation (PR-STV).Boundaries

History
The constituency was created in 1969, under the
Electoral (Amendment) Act 1969 , for the 1969 general election to Dáil Éireann. The old Cork Borough constituency was divided into the new constituencies of Cork City North and Cork City South. It was abolished under theElectoral (Amendment) Act 1974 , when the Cork City North and Cork City South constituencies were replaced by the new constituency of Cork City.ee also
