United Dairies

United Dairies is a former U.K. company processing and supplying milk and dairy products. The company merged in 1959 with Cow & Gate to form the Unigate company. [Unigate] The dairying side of Unigate's business was sold in 2000 to Dairy Crest. [Dairy Crest]

The company was a household name until its demise and its livery remains popular on die-cast vehicle models and model railway wagons.

United Dairies of Zürich

United Dairies of Zürich (Switzerland) is a distinct company founded by Dr. Niklaus Gerber in 1887.
