"My Girl Gotta Girlfriend" is a single by Ray L from his upcoming album X-Rayted. The track was released to iTunes on July 3, 2007 and its official radio impact date was July 10, 2007. The track was produced by T-Pain and the video is set to be directed by Benny Boom.

A remix has been released which features Fabolous and Red Cafe with a video, Akon also appeared in that video. The edited version of the track replaces the line, "my girl got a girlfriend" with "my girl got a best friend". Another remix has been released which features Trey Songz and is said to be the official remix.

Although when the song was first played on radio stations many people believed T-Pain sung this song, he does not. The singer is Konvict Muzik label-mate Ray L. T-Pain however has written the lyrics of the song. Also was planned to let T-Pain actually record the song but the label decided that it was better to let Ray-L do it to get him promoted.

The Video shows Ray L near a pool singing about how his girl has a girlfriend. At the start it has two girls that are rubbing each other and almost kissing. There are other scenes in a house and in a bedroom. Although in the clean version "my girl has a best friend", there is no girl contact what so ever.
