Jim Davis (baseball)

James Bennett Davis (born September 15, 1924 in Red Bluff, California; died November 30, 1995 in San Mateo, California) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. In 1956, he had the unique distinction of being the first pitcher in forty years to record four strikeouts in a single inning.
