Virpur (Rajkot)

Virpur is a small town near Rajkot city in Gujarat state of India. It is famous with the name JALARAM BAPA NO VIRPUR after the great saint SHREE JALARAM BAPA who was born here. He was ardent follower of SHRI RAM a Hindu God. Lakhs of followers from different parts of world throng this place every year. Jalaram Jayanti, which as per Gujarati calendar comes on Kartak Sud Satam, is the day on which this great saint was born. Jalaram Jayanti is celebrated all over India and prasad of KHICHDI KADHI (Shri Jalaram Bapas favorite) is distributed in Bhandara to its followers. Virpur is one and half hour journey by bus from RAJKOT in Gujarat. There are lots of small guest house catering as per the budget of tourists. It is widely believed that JALARAM BAPA fulfills the wishes of his followers and many followers have experienced this. Many impossible things have become possible just by taking his name. The followers as it is called Jalaram Bapas Bhakt believe in him to such to an extent that today in India many businesses are run after Jalaram Bapas name like Shri Jalaram Constructions, Shri Jalaram Clearing and Forwarding etc. etc.

It is believed that difficulties and hurdles go away if one takes his name at any difficult moment of his life. And that is the very reason why JALARAM BAPA is worshipped allover the world. My JAI JALARAM to all the readers and followers.
