next_route=55State Route 54 is a 15-mile long route in the extreme southern part of the state. The western terminus of the route is at its junction with U.S. Highway 331 at Florala just north of the
Florida -Alabama state line. The eastern terminus of the route is at a junction with State Route 52 just west of Samson.Route description
State Route 54 is routed along a two-lane road as it traverses Covington and Covington Counties. From Florala, the route travels in a general east-west orientation. The route assumes a northeastward trajectory as it approaches the border between the two counties, and continues this orientation until it reaches its eastern terminus in western Geneva County.
