Levon Biss

Levon Biss (born 1975) is a British sports photographer www.levonbiss.com. ( [http://www.levonbiss.com] )] .

In 2006, Biss completed his biggest project to date entitled 'One Love'. The project was a photographic study of the global football community and took 18 months to produce and a year to shoot. 'One Love' focused upon football culture worldwide and ranges from children playing in the mountains of Peru to professionals plying their trade at the pinnacle of the game. Biss says, "For me the vendor selling hot dogs outside a stadium is just as much part of football culture as the players on the pitch, and it was from this viewpoint that I began the project."

The photography from 'One Love' received worldwide acclaim and produced a best selling book that included imagery from 26 countries over 6 continents. The accompanying exhibition toured the globe throughout 2006 was viewed by an estimated 1.2 million people.
