FC Ros' Bila Tserkva is a Ukrainian football club based in Bila Tserkva, Kyivska Oblast.

The club was formed in 1983.

The club's best season was in the first year competing in independent Ukraine when they finished 4th in the Ukrainian First League Group A. Since then the club has been struggling and has had numerous name changes as they find sponsers to keep the club solvent and active.

They currently compete in the Druha Liha.

Due to structural problems with FC Ros' Bila Tserkva home ground, "Trudovi Reserve" is under repair and will not be available until October 2008. Ros', until the availability of their stadium play their home games in neighboring Borodiantsi.

Colours are white shirts, black shorts.
