Willsbridge is a
village in theunitary authority ofSouth Gloucestershire ,England . It is located on the outskirts ofBristol .The village contains a
nature reserve , Willsbridge Mill, run by theAvon Wildlife Trust , which is also the site of an abandonedwatermill which acts as a Education and Countryside Centre. Willsbridge Mill and Valley are leased from South Gloucestershire Council.The valley contains many habitats. The woodlands have carpets of
Common Bluebell s,campions and resound with birdsong. The ponds are important homes forfrogs ,toads anddragonflies , anddippers andkingfishers visit the stream.Foxes andbadgers also live in the valley andnoctule andGreater Horseshoe Bat feed on the many insects in the valley.
