Dr. William Frazier "Bill" McColl (born April 2, 1930 in San Diego, California) is a former NFL defensive end and tight end from (1952-1959) for the Chicago Bears. He played college football at Stanford, where he was an All-American. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1973.

During his time with the Bears, McColl studied medicine at the University of Chicago. He became an orthopedic surgeon and made the decision to become a missionary doctor.

His son Milt McColl also played at Stanford and in the NFL.
