Algeria n medical physicist and activist.He obtained his PhD from the
École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in1991 . Hoggar Institute , a research institute publishing works related to Algerian politics and history, particularly on human rights violations by the Algerian government in and since theAlgerian Civil War . He co-authored "An Inquiry into the Algerian Massacres " (Hoggar Press, 1999), an extensive analysis of the Algerian massacres of the 1990s arguing for government complicity in them, and edited "Horroris Causa: Féminisme à l'ère de la Sainte-Eradication" (Hoggar Press, 2000.)In
