The Communist Party’s Institute for Basic Problems of Marxism-Leninism ( _pl. Instytut Podstawowych Problemów Marksizmu-Leninizmu) was a marxist think tank of Polish United Workers' Party existing 1974-1984. In 1984 transformed into Academy of Social Sciences ("Akademia Nauk Społecznych").
