Alice M. Isen

Alice M. Isen is an American psychologist and Professor of Psychology and Professor of Marketing at Cornell University.

She received her Ph.D from Stanford University. Her research interests include various aspects of human thought processes and decision making, with an emphasis of the role of emotion. This includes applications to organizational behavior, decision making in medical settings, doctor-patient interaction, services marketing, and brand equity and loyalty.
