Beberbeķi is a neighbourhood consisting mainly of private houses, it lies on the western edge of the city. Swampy forest Mūķupurvs and Rīga International Airport noise area devides it from the rest of the city. Within the neighborhood is the Bebebeki Park, which contains a small lake used as a beach and ice fishing.
