Derek Murray was an Irish soccer player who played in the League of Ireland during the 1980s and 1990s.
Murray began his career at Manchester United but never made the breakthrough to the first team and returned to Ireland. On his return, Murray played for Bohemians and Monaghan United, among others, during his career in the League of Ireland. He was known for his shooting ability.
