Lieutenant-General Wilhelm Falley (25 September 1897 – 6 June 1944) was the first German general killed in the Normandy Landings in France. He was commander of the 91st Infantry-Air Landing Division. His staff car was ambushed as he returned from invasion training. He was killed by Lieutenant Malcolm Brannen of the US 82nd Airborne Division. He died near Sainte-Mère-Église, Normandy.
