Philip ("Phil") Bayton (born 18 September 1950 in Kingswinford, West Midlands) is a former road cyclist from Great Britain, who was a professional rider from 1973 to 1989. He represented the United Kingdom at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany, where he finished in 5th place in the men's individual road race, just before teammate Phil Edwards. After Phil Bayton retired from racing, he went on to manage the Eveready-Halfords cycling team that competed on the British professional circuit in the late 1980's.
