Eric Adams (politician)

Eric L. Adams is an American New York State Senator for the 20th district. The district includes the neighborhoods of Flatbush, Crown Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace and Prospect Heights.

Adams is a Democrat. Prior to his election, his served in New York City Police Department for 22 years, during which he co-founded 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care and spoke out frequently against police brutality.
