Melnaattu Marumagal is a 1975 Tamil film starring Sivakumar, Kamal Haasan and Jayasudha in the lead roles. Kamal Haasan plays the role of younger brother of Sivakumar. Jayasudha was Kamal Haasan's pair. Vani Ganapathy, a danseuse appeared only for a dance sequence along side Kamal Haasan whom she later married in 1978.

Plot

The film is about two brothers, Sivakumar and Kamal Haasan getting married to two women of different attitude. Sivakumar marries a foreign girl who loves Tamil culture and tradition while Kamal marries a Tamil girl who is attracted by the western culture.
