Michael ("Mike") David O'Rourke (born 25 August 1955 in Croydon, New South Wales, Australia, is a retired javelin thrower. He represented New Zealand at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. He is an eight-time national champion in the javelin event.
