Intzabi, Intzabia with article, is a Basque toponym that may be analyzed by mean of two hydronymic roots: euntz* and habia (root).

It applies to stagnant water and may be found in house names (Bidarray, Urepel, …) or in the Pyrenean name Izabi for 'lake'.
