- Calgary Mountaineers
The Calgary Mountaineers are a
box lacrosse organization based out ofCalgary ,Alberta ,Canada . The organization represents teams at three levels of theRocky Mountain Lacrosse League : a Senior B squad, along with Junior A and B teams.The Senior Mountaineers have existed for over 30 years, and in 1983, captured the Canadian Senior B championship, the Presidents Cup. The Junior A Mountaineers were created in 2006, and are one of four teams in the province at the Junior A level. The Junior B Mountaineers were created in the late 1990s, and have twice captured provincial championships - in 2000 and 2004.
The Junior A Mounties will be the host team for the 2008
