The Wolf magazine is an independent poetry magazine published triannually and based in London. Established in April 2002 by Nicholas Cobic and current editor James Byrne, The Wolf publishes emerging poets alongside more established writers. Poets recently featured in The Wolf include August Kleinzahler, Peter Redgrove, Niall McDevitt, Coral Bracho and Sandeep Parmar.

The magazine includes interviews with leading contemporary poets, book reviews, translations and the publication of thirty poems. Additionally, The Wolf features contemporary photography in the UK. The Wolf generally makes their announcements at the Poetry Studio in Covent Garden. 2007 marks 5 years of The Wolf and events are being prepared in Europe and the UK.
