This article lists the artists that have participated in Melodifestivalen five times or more, and their victories where applicable. Victories as a songwriter (not including those as a singer-songwriter) are italicised. Participations with "Göte Wilhelmsons kvartett/kvintett" between 1960 and 1963 are not counted.
The person with the most Melodifestivalen entries is lyricist and one-time composer Ingela "Pling" Forsmanref_label|F|f|none, who had entered thirty songs between 1981 and 2007. Behind Forsman is Bobby Ljunggren with 26 entries, and further back are with 21, Lasse Holm with 17, and Peter Himmelstrand and Henrik Wikström with 15 entries each.
