Brad Pearce (born 16 August 1971) is a former Australian Rules footballer who played for the Carlton Blues.

Pearce was recruited by the Brisbane Bears and played his first season in 1993. He only got 2 games for the year and nominated for the AFL Draft. Picked up by Carlton, Pearce became an important player in front of goal for the Carlton side. In the club's premiership year of 1995 he kicked 52 goals from 23 games, finishing second in the Carlton goalkicking behind Stephen Kernahan. His tally included 4 goals in the 1995 Grand Final.
