Regillio Nooitmeer (born July 16 1983 in Rotterdam), is a Dutch professional football player. He is currently a free agent having been released by Irish club Galway United of the FAI Premier Division due to Financial difficulties. Regillio joined Galway United in 2007 on a two year deal and in 2008 he was scheduled to move to Drogheda United until his medical revealed a heart condition which has put his career in doubt.

Nooitmeer can play centre-back, right-back and right winger. He has also played left-back for Galway United.He is 6’1” (1.85m) and weights 12st 11lbs.

In March 2008 he made his international debut for Haiti in a 3-1 loss to Ecuador.
