Theological anthropology

Theological anthropology

Theological anthropology is the branch of theology which is concerned with the study of humankind, or anthropology, in relation to the divine. In a theological context, it is usually referred to simply as anthropology. The Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family, the central session of which is held at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome, encompasses aspects of Theological Anthropology.
