The Nihongo|3000 series京王電鉄3000系電車|Keiō 3000 kei densha is an EMU which operates exclusively on the Keiō Inokashira Line of the Keio Electric Railway, first introduced in December 1962. It was built by Tokyu Car Corp and was the recipient of the 3rd Laurel Prize of the Japan Railfan Club.

Each trainset features one of the seven pastel hues corresponding to a train configuration, a unique feature found only on the Inokashira line. A total of 145 cars (in 5-car sets) were built, and 70 of them remain in active service as of 2006. A number of them have since been sold to operate on other lines throughout Japan. The remaining fleet is expected to be fully retired by 2010.
