Port Bruce, Ontario

Port Bruce is a community in Malahide Township in southwestern Ontario at the mouth of Catfish Creek on the north shore of Lake Erie.

The settlement here was originally named Catfish Harbour, but was later renamed after James Bruce, 8th Earl of Elgin, Governor General of Canada from 1847 to 1854.

Port Bruce Provincial Park is located nearby.
