Dr. Israel Charney is the former editor-in-chief of "The Encyclopedia of Genocide" [http://www.facinghistory.org/campus/reslib.nsf/sub/newsviews/makingconnections/genocide_denial_connections] andthe Executive Director on the Holocaust and Genocide [http://www.teachingholocaust.com/conference.asp] , in Israel.
