Gary Collier (October 8 1971 in Fort Worth, Texas) is a retired American college basketball player who attended the University of Tulsa.

Collier played four seasons for the Golden Hurricane and was named the 1994 MVC player of the year. He led the 1994 NCAA Tournament in scoring average with 31.3 points per game. [1994 NCAA Tournament. "CBS Sportsline." http://www.sportsline.com/collegebasketball/mayhem/history/yearbyyear/1994]

Collier was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2nd round of the 1994 NBA Draft; [The Draft Review. http://www.thedraftreview.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1177&Itemid=5] however, he never played in the NBA. He did play professionally in Europe, notably for Telindus Mons Hainaut, where he was signed in 2000.
